PrayerTime Pro ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.

In short: your data stays on your device. PrayerTime Pro does not require an account, does not sync data to the cloud, and does not sell or share your personal information with anyone.

Data We Collect

The App may access or store the following data locally on your device:

Location data — Used to determine Qibla direction and to find nearby mosques and musollas. Location is accessed only when you use the Qibla or Mosque Finder features and is never transmitted to our servers.
Zone/locality preference — Your selected prayer time zone (e.g. Singapore, or a specific state in Malaysia) is stored locally to display the correct prayer times.
Notification settings — Your preferences for prayer time notifications and alert sounds are stored locally on your device.
Prayer time data — Downloaded prayer time schedules are cached in a local SQLite database for offline access.

Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device using SQLite and platform-native storage mechanisms. There is no cloud sync, no user accounts, and no server-side storage of personal data.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

Google Maps API — Used in the Mosque Finder feature to display maps and nearby prayer facilities. Google's own privacy policy applies to data processed by their mapping service.

We do not integrate any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

Data Sharing

PrayerTime Pro does not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to any third parties. No personal information leaves your device except as required by the third-party services listed above (e.g. location data sent to Google Maps when using the Mosque Finder).

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since no personal data is collected or stored externally, the App is safe for users of all ages.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
